老窑破坏区下破碎围岩回采巷道动态联合支护技术

摘要: 文章针对山西世纪金鑫整合矿井8101工作面回采巷道顶板结构的复杂性,对巷道围岩特点进行了分类,提出了回采巷道动态联合支护原则,采用理论分析和数值模拟的方法,进行支护参数的优化与选取,最终确定回采巷道采用以锚网索支护为主、架棚支护为辅的“分区动态”支护方案,现场实践表明,巷道围岩变形量在合理范围内,满足安全生产的要求,研究成果可为类似条件的巷道支护提供借鉴。

Abstract: Abstract:Thick coal seam through a small coal mine on the formation, the roof structure of upper formation is very complex, and the mining of the lower coal seam may have a significant adverse impact, which brings great influence for support of the mining roadway below. Aiming at the complexity of the roof structure of 8101 integrated mine roadway, roadway characteristics are classified, and proposes a dynamic roadway timbering principle. The optimization and selection of support parameters are carried out by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, finally determine the roadway using scheme with cable anchor support and shed support supplemented by the "supporting dynamic partition". Field practice shows that the deformation of surrounding rock in a reasonable range, meet the requirements of safe production, roadway research results can provide the reference for the similar condition.
